The union have made a roaring mess of it. The company seen a LEGAL way to get out of it and done it. Total bollocks. Missed our chance to strike during the pressure/election. Well done to the Union, completely amateur.

How’s it union fault ? It’s people who didn’t take the vote as a serious legal issue and decided to record themselves. Wud u walk into a voting stations and record urself ? It’s those ones who have shafted us and not the union. The whole workforce shud phone in sick . It’s a dictatorship we now live in. Sickening
It is totally the unions fault , they should have been whiter than white with this ballot bearing in mind what Royal Mail did in last dispute. There will be a lot of pissed of members and loads of support lost .

POSTMAN : Please please be careful what and how you post over the next few days-Do not give anything else to Royal Mail!

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

No they didnt, they told everyone to vote, whether that be yes or no, make sure you vote. How is that unfairly influencing the outcome, this is an establishment stitch up.
The elites.. screwing the workers over.. in pursuit of profit and greed..

RM will now claim legal costs against the CWU and also damages. That's how this Union will be broken up, financially.

So gutted. We all know RM will do and say anything to keep us down. We need to be strong as individuals, do the job properly and stand together with our Union.

Nope. What the judge has said is correct - "This was an interference that was accurately described as improper. Strike ballots should be postal ballots. Each voter should receive a voting paper at home.
"What CWU did was a form of subversion of the ballot process. It was an interference with voting."

There can be no arguing the case if this has been proven. And it has. I cant even see the union appealing now as they know it is pointless and costly.

Royal Mail wins again :arrrghhh The Union may have its faults, but without it, we'd be in a lot worse! Hard to see any way forward from this.
