Got the email months ago for equality rep , sent him an email reg what was going on in office, got a thumbs up back , emailed again and still no proper reply from him . Its awful .

We've had a repick this week. A few people had to have a certain type of duty because of medical conditions etc. All duties that matched their needs where identified and if there was more than one of them they where picked as normal but if there was only one left, that went to the person identified with needing it unless of course it got to their pick while a few where available then they could choose the one they wanted. All the duties where identified by the area h&s rep after discussions with the people affected.

Major Change can be time route or start time or any change thing is the good thing with seniority is you will eventually get what you want!
