Seemed to be, but our DOM was less than impressed, as they thought they had been stitched up to.

Some half clever DOMs actually understand that poor revisions very badly timed are going to affect them as much if not more than us posties. They are stalling it or at least trying to. It is seriously unsettling to see that most senior people are blind to the fact that something they are desperate to push through can be very costly to the company in the long and will almost certainly break a lot of people both mentally and physically. Unless Simon has received a substantial amount of money in shares and is looking to artificially boost the price, resign, cash in the profits and off to the next job. Otherwise I have no idea why he persist in pushing his agenda.

Was his bonus for bringing it in not as big as he thought it would be?

To be honest the only thing that will make them sit up and take notice is when enough people cancel the union payment and there isn’t enough money to pay terry and co

You have to ask why are these revisions were designed to fail, moving people off their usual walks, adding an hour onto each walk, having no cover for your day off etc.

Like you frankie still cant believe this has happened. Posties moved off their duties for no reason , only for that duties to be failing big time too ! The pre revision bigger duties now miles bigger and the quieter jobs now even smaller . Certain staff looked after , it all sticks out a mile. And why,,?

This fella just continues to surprise me with his ongoing just totally bizarre words and actions. Does he really believe what he is saying? It really is so strange.

When I see how badly my DO is doing on a daily basis and discover it's not on Simon's helpful little map...my main takeaway from this is just how much of an actual clusterfuk are these ten offices?

Does this Simon guy not realise that if jobs are too big it demoralises the workforce, Posties leave, Simon has to recruit and re-recruit over and over and over again, meanwhile delivery offices are short staffed meaning more pressure on the Posties that are still working and then they get fed up and leave.

The amount Royal Mail spends on recruitment must be ridiculous. So many people have left and are due to leave our DO and there aren't too many people keen on working here, probably heard all the stories.
