Hello, Can someone please explain how the payment you get when on leave is calculated.
Today got my payslip it say HP NPens OT in the hours column it says 10.25 in payment column it says 46.58.
Surely I should be getting more than £4.54 per hour I thought it would be at normal OT rate.
Can anyone shed some light on this please.

Re: Holiday pay while on leave
I’m not sure how it is calculated exactly and especially with what is shown on your payslip. (I haven’t had leave since they have started paying it on the week of holiday). What you should expect to be paid is the average of your overtime that you usually get weekly. Based on the amount you’ve been paid that would be 4-5 hours? Does that sound right?
How many weeks holiday have you had this year so far? It’s only paid on the first 4 for full timers.

NON SA overtime pay is calculated based on last 6 month total OT (Non SA) divided by 24 and ten multiply by OT rate.
