Who do you put down for Employer contact details? Filled out all the necessary so far but stuck at this point. Do I put my office manager? Royal mail HR? Rico back????

On acas early conciliation form for average holiday pay. Gone thru it all, at the end it asks for employer contact details. I saw somewhere somebody said to put in branch secretary? Who that is I have no idea, I assumed everybody would be putting in some name from HR.
