So an item that was posted to me on Thursday via "Special Delivery Guaranteed by 4pm" has been giving me the same message when I look at the tracking info: Sorry, we're currently unable to confirm the status of your item with reference XXX. Please try again tomorrow.
Im not sure whats going on as something else I got recently was through a 2nd class signed for service which had tracking updates and was delivered quickly even during these tough times!
