I have been waiting for my item RU774533010GB for 6 months, could you tell me what happened to my package? It was shipped to Heathrow Worldwide DC and no longer released. It's my first and last time.
I will never trust or recommend this postal company again. I will run from this company. for my next shipment. I have a bad experience.
I spoke on twitter and they just say my package was lost, they refused to accept my claim.
the sender says that after months he no longer has receipts
I don't mean to be rude but it is very frustrating to waste my savings so they lose my package and don't want to respond.

What country was it meant to be going to and what was the contents (sometimes the contents can cause issues along the way - lithium batteries being a common issue)?

Regrettably - No.
1. The item wasn't sent by a tracked service - it was a signature service only.
2. This is NOT an official Royal Mail site, we cannot give you an official response.

@TBT International Signed, International Tracked and International Tracked & Signed get full tracking on this side. It's when they get to the destination country that how/where they get tracked will vary by the service used
