Backlog on International?

Hi,

Appreciate everyone is busy so just a very quick query... We've been holding off on sending out many of our International packages given the sheer volume of post that was going into the RM system but wanted to check whether things were starting to tail off sufficiently to resume dispatch?
NB: We've been checking the International Bulletins so we're aware that there's country specific delays, so mainly interested in the overall hub status.

Similarly we have large letter packages to go out but despite protestations from the RM manglement, we saw packets being prioritised over anything remotely letter size when collected within the Sheffield/Barnsley area, so any guidance on whether things have cleared sufficiently or not would be much appreciated.

Beyond that, thanks for the sheer ruddy amount of work everyone has been doing to keep things moving... It has been greatly appreciated particularly with everything staff have had and continue to face this past 10+ months.
