Hi,
I have a delivery sent on the 8th with Tracked 48, but it doesn't show any movement whatsoever since then.
Is there any way for me to get a bit of additional information?

The tracking message shows the sender hasn't given it to Royal Mail yet. They've generated the postage label and it will show "item accepted" once Royal Mail receive it.
