Hi, hope someone on here can help. I had a small packet sent to me Friday, special delivery before 1pm, £3 extra was paid for Saturday delivery, although it was a small packet it was classes as a large letter.
It wasn't delivered yesterday, I am aware that it could be up till 9pm dye to covid.
The track and trace still says 'your item has been received at the bitterne do and will be delivered today'
I was in all day and no card was left or anything...
Is there a chance I will get this today (Sunday) as per the tracker website.
I'm really upset it didn't come yesterday it's totally ruined my weekend.
