Hey guys,
Need some help here.
I've got a parcel coming from Canada. Tracking code LX018902575CA.
I was home the whole day, nobody attempted any delivery.
No card was left.
However, online tracking shows an attempted delivery at 11.16am.
I was home and nobody delivered.
No card was left too.
What do I do to collect my parcel now?
Also, online tracking states: "A delivery was attempted for your item with reference LX018902575CA in CENTRAL MANCHESTER PDO before 14:08 on 17/07/17. If the addressee does not collect it or make an arrangement to have it redelivered, it will be returned to the sender in the UK."
That said, the parcel came from Canada, not the UK. What's going on?

Hard to tell, one possible scenario is the item has been attempted at another address either through human error or because it has the wrong address on it.

Go to your delivery office, they should be able to find your parcel in the system and you can collected if it`s there.
