Hi all,
My package had been showing on the tracking as 'On the way to Toronto' since 09/06/17' so today I called the helpline and spoke to somebody who explained the item was received by Canadian customs on 17th and arrived at the neighbourhood post office in Montréal (the destination city) this morning at 7am!
This is great as it means the parcel should arrive today or tomorrow, but I've sent parcels there before and had full tracking to doorstep. The tracking on this one still shows as 'On the way to Toronto'. Is this a usual thing? Will it update again or is that it?
