Just wondering if someone could help because I'm just curious. I had a signed for packet pushed through today, PS4 game, but the guy didn't knock on the door to request signature. We've had a different postman everyday this week so far. What would be the consequences if this guys manager found out, not that I'm going to report the matter, just curious that's all

Re: Signed for not signed for.
Yes 2 things will happen.
The sender will be refunded the extra charge for Recorded Delivery - in fact if its a large company they are probably applying for that as we type.
The Postman will, quite rightly, be bollocked by his boss.
If its a genuine error then the postie should be ok, except for a little counselling. If they are a repeat offender then the bollocking will be the least of their worries.
Why can't posties get signatures, it really pisses me off.
