PO Box issue

Post by harry84 »

Evening everyone!

So my company has a PO Box address which we do not collect from, instead the mail is delivered to our physical address. Over the past few days we have been receiving odd bits of mail for another PO Box with a similar (but nonetheless different!) number. We have raised a complaint with Customer Services who promised to monitor with the Delivery Office.

However, this week in particular it seems to have got a lot worse. In particular, we've had three items of mail that have been sent to us in error three days in a row (after having been put back in the mail by us the previous day). It's getting a bit ridiculous and we're at our wits' end. Does anyone know how we could go about potentially escalating? Would it be worth our while contacting the DO directly?

We're also concerned that some of our post may be going there in the opposite direction. In recent weeks, we've had a few customers sending packetpost returns items back that have not arrived...

Any help from the RMC community is, as always, greatly appreciated! :Very Happy

I would contact the DO directly. Actually, I would turn up at the callers office and aske to speak to the manager responsible for overseeing the callers office, or the DOM(Delivery Office Manager), though this may be the same person. Explain what's happening and see what they say/what they're going/willing to do about it.

Customer services will take forever to sort anything, and usually end up telling you what you want to hear just to get you off the phone.
Sometimes, I wish I wasn't a Rep.
