Below is the tracking of my parcel that i had sent for, from abroad to arrive in the UK.
It seems to have arrived at Heathrow (HWDC Langley,Storbritannien, Arrival at inward office of exchange) on 8th August and then gone back to Stockholm (9 aug Stockholm utr,Sverige, Unsuccesful delivery).
How do I get hold of my parcel?

I tried tracking on the Swedish postal tracking system and got the same answers.
However, when I tried Royal Mails it did not recognise the number.
I think it never got to Langley HWDC, but even if it did it appears its back with Posten SE - I would suggest contacting them on 020-23 22 21 (domestic)
