Can anyone help? Friend told me this:
Sent Airsure package to a US PO Box. Problem is the PO Clerk missed off one digit off the 4 digit PO Box number (correct on the item) on the receipt. Tracking says delivered, but buyer has opened PayPal dispute. I reckon they're trying it on, and now think Christmas has come early (£500 package) when the seller has incorrect proof of posting. Told the seller it will have been delivered to the (correct) address on the item, but they're still worried it's somehow gone to the wrong one.
Any help?
Cheers guys

Re: Airsure help
According to this thread http://www.royalmailchat.co.uk/communit ... =6&t=46433" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; you cannot use Airsure for PO Boxes.
From the RM website
From the RM website
Airsure® is generally a day faster than standard Airmail. Which means the aim is:
2 working days after posting to Western Europe
4 working days after posting to Eastern Europe and postal subsidiaries (Islands and Principalities)
6 working days after posting to the Rest of the World
The above standards are monitored by the independent and impartial International Post Corporation to ensure reliable and consistent delivery, which is why Airsure® is only available to selected countries. Please note that Airsure items cannot be posted to a PO box address or parcel station.
