Please help.. American who messed up post code!
I just sent a parcel over to London today from the US and I wrote the correct name and street address, but wrong post code.. I put the post code for a friends house in Highgate instead of the post code for Rotherhithe.. Is it possible the parcel will make its way to the right place, or am I screwed?

Its possible that it will be sorted okay as long as the rest of the address is okay, and there are no similar addresses in N6 (as opposed to SE16), however, it will probably delay it a few days. If you included the district in the address that will help.No1whovian wrote:I just sent a parcel over to London today from the US and I wrote the correct name and street address, but wrong post code.. Of course there is always the chance that it could be returned to you marked "No such address" but hopefully someone in the Mail Centre will recognise where it should be going.
