Good morning, makes more than a week that my item is being processor for delivery, I wonder why so much delay. "Your item, posted on 20/03/12 with reference ------------ RJ GB HEATHROW WORLDWIDE has arrived in DC and is being wellness processed for delivery."
Can anyone help me?

Can anyone help me? Probably not I am afraid - It sounds like it has entered your country although not sure what DC refers to.
For the RMC helpers its not DC In Washington - I least I hope not.

So the truth is coming to Brazil, but the site responsible for delivery here yet reported anything about this item

However, the item already left HEATHROW, or going out? And I wonder if it comes straight to Brazil, or in any country before coming here?

The item has left Heathrow, it may not have been on a direct flight. However, the tracking details would not have changed till it got to your country because it would be in the control of the airline and they don't scan them individually.

Is DC Washington? Does it go via the States to Brasil? We know USA are notoriously slow at clearing customs side. Don't know if that's the hold up or not tho.

DC stands for Distribution Centre.
