I ordered something on a online shop, and I got a tracking number of my parcel.
But when I tracked my parcel with it, it showed " We were unable to deliver FDxxxxxxxxxGB as there was no access to the delivery address on 2011-12-12. The item will be returned to Edinburgh Central 1 DO to await instructions from addressee.
What can I do now? :(

ring up that delivery office and tell them you will come in and collect it with your driving licence / passport as proof of who you are.

sunnyeva21 - per chance do you know of any access problems at your address. Police Incident, no access, controlled entry etc - if so and the problem is a temporary one you maybe able to rearrange delivery.

when we have a item thats inaccessible we just take it out next day nothing to worry about
