I've tried ringing the 08457740740 number several times trying to evade the automated service but keep getting led in circles whilst it telling me the quickest way to solve my problem is online etc.
Anyone know the exact numbers I can punch in to speak to someone?
I'm expecting a parcel from US and all I have is a tracking number. It's been a while since it should of been delivered so I tracked it last night. They attempted delivery on the 21st November but left no card to tell me where it is or how I can arrange redelivery. I think there is a customs charge, so I'm unable to pay this without a reference number also.
On the tracking website, all it says is 'HELD', but I have no idea where and trying to get hold of someone from the customer service team is wasting precious phone credit
Any advice appreciated, thanks!
