sorry, i have some problems on your website (royalmail.com), track code search engeen DONT WORK....! i looking for a email address for questions about my item.... because this item is shipped 40days ago and today i dont received nothing....

all email address on website DONT work.... and i dont know anybody for answer about this problem....

please.... help me... thanks!

We're an independant Website set up by a Postman, but hopefully someone on here will be able to help. I've moved this to the Customers section for you, to make it easier to find.

Seen reports that they have transferred all their servers to a Microsoft Based Cloud software setup, and it did not go well. They expected it to be back up last Monday yet some pages are still down, though which ones depend possibly on IP and gateway.

I am also experiencing a big problem with Track & Trace. Actually the biggest problem is that there is no way to tell anyone it has gone wrong :arrrghhh

All last night 30th November and no better this morning. Track & Trace has stopped working. Will not accept the ref number at all. I rang up in the end but that is a very poor service. Said it had been delivered but not when.

Can someone please get a spanner out and FIX IT, Thanks. :wave

Contacting Royal Mail on twitter is the best bet :)

*edit* Tracking system is working now, just tested it.
