Hello
I have sent a parcel to Hamburg Germany from London UK over 2 weeks ago Via Royal Mail. I have checked the Item on the Royal Mail Tracking site. and it tells me the following.
"Your item, posted on 12/11/11 with reference RxxxxxxxxxGB was delivered in GERMANY on 18/11/11."
the person I sent it to still has not received it yet.
How long should it take to send a package weighing just over 1kg to Hamburg Germany from London?

When I was sending some bike parts to Germany it took 7-10 working days. Felt awful during that time I was waiting for it to be delivered just in case it wouldn't turn up. But posties don't take parcels in Germany it seems, and all packets get delivered by DHL

Then you may be better contacting royal mail directly. Or pop the tracking number into the german tracking site and see what that says.
