Questionnaire received.

Post by Himaggen »

Hello today I have received a questionnaire in the post, a survey on the quality of Delivery Service.

Whilst it states that my address has been randomly selected, I'm not sure if as a Royal Mail Employee from the Delivery Office which posted the item, I should be taking part.

It only asks for date and time of arrival and number of mis-deliveries, but my response could be biased towards a positive result or even targeted against a colleague with whom I may have issues.

I believe that the Performance Analysis QD Section should receive as much feedback as possible, but I'm unsure whether my response would be worth it.

Obviously I also now know what the envelope looks like and could theoretically use that information to weigh in my own favour, should I require it, on my own delivery.

Was it a mistake to send it to me? is it a test? or is the fact that I have such a small role in a large survey that my response would be negligible?

Just fill it in and be honest. You are a customer.
