Hi all
My post is about Parcel force, Im sending a package to Slovakia and I sent it "global Priority 5 day delivery" on the 31/05 its now the 11/06 and the tracking info says:
Date Time Location Tracking Event
01-06-2011 03:19 International Hub Received and processed
31-05-2011 19:30 Forwarded for processing
31-05-2011 16:36 Collected from customer
Called the parcel force export trace team and they put the package on parcel watch ect and email the international hub people, but still for 2 days iv been in contact with them no luck in finding out where this item is.
Any adivice / contact info would be great.

It looks as if your parcel has left this country and been handed over to http://www.posta.sk/en" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; it may be worth contacting them.

Hum...placing my tracking number into that site brings up the following :
01.06.2011
03:19 Arrival at Outward Office of Exchange.
Does that mean it arrived in Slovakia? Why wouldnt it be posted on parcel force site that it left the UK
I will def. email / call them on monday to try and get info.

maybe it got stuck in customs
