Delivery Office question
I'm probably worrying for nowt, but I sent an urgent letter to the HMRC in Leicester on Monday by recorded post. The trace says it was delivered today from North Cardiff delivery office. Isn't North Cardiff a bit far away from Leicester?! Will it have got there ok? If it's not there for Friday, I'm up crap creek... =/

Thats at Llanishen, and there is an HMRC office in Llanishen as well - it may be the main clearing office for all HMRC offices is there. I have dealings with HMRC in both Leicester and Llanishen so there's probably no cause for concern.

Came across this chat board as I have just had the same experience: posted to LE1 4AA on Wednesday, today (Friday) I checked with the online tracker and found my letter "was delivered from our NORTH CARDIFF Delivery Office on 03/06/11".
Hope it's reached the right office, as it contained documents that the taxman wanted from me.
