Stressed Postman

Post by MsMolza »

I am expecting several parcels/packages to arrive this week and the postman has just knocked on my door
He gave me three letters and after rummaging in his bag asked if I was expecting a package
I said Yes so he had another rummage and was swearing to himself
He then apologised for knocking because he couldnt find anything for me, I think he is a new postman havent seen him before

Why did he knock if he then couldnt find anything, should I be concerned, if he did have one of my packages what will happen to it?

Sadly I have done this sort of thing before and it should be nothing to worry about. One of the reasons i have done this is because when working i have used a blank red card to remind me i have a parcel for that address only to find i had missorted it from say 36 blog street and left it in with your mail at 36 blag lane, another reason is i have put the packet in another bag or even left it in the office
