hi many thanks custard i did find it and i have been rining everyday apart from today of course incase its in the bolton sorting office (calvin street) but still nothing, i do know he posted a heavy parcel weighing around 5 kgs on the 5th of may from the midslands shopshire but i still have not recived it

does royal mail count a saturday as a working
day all i am getting from the seller is he cant do anything until the 15 days is up
has it been known though to still come i will be on 9th working day tommrow if saturdays are included, and i am getting more and more frustrated by this.

the seller did was suppose to send the parcel first class recorded, he missed the postal and offered to send it next day, in the end he has sent it first class standard which is really frustrating!

The sender is talking pants. Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to claim this back within a reasonable time period. Many ebay stores (and others) expect you to wait to Royal Mail terms. It's now almost 2 weeks since you paid for this item, don't take any rubbish from them.

A quick google search for Distance Selling Regulations will tell you your rights with regards to this, in a rush atm, so can't google it for u, sorry.

When you do receive the parcel double check the date it was posted, a lot of senders
