If a tracked item cannot be delivered then it is to be carded and returned to the office (the same as all other packets), sounds like a mis delivery to me.

It shouldn't be scanned as delivered...unless it was delivered.
Either somebody has been very naughty or it has been delivered....somewhere.
Have you checked all the usual suspects...blue bin,neighbours etc.?

Do you work in the DO that delivers to your office? Might be worth having a check with the locker or a word with the driver.
Had a lot of this over the bad weather where the posties weren't marking the addresses as inaccessible, which was showing as the item being delivered. I see you live in a block of flats, any chance the postie couldn't have got into the block?
Locker is your best bet to start with anyhoo

Probably didn't require a signature and was left outside your door as a supposed ''safe place'. There is a probability it was stolen I guess.
Ring Amazon they will replace it as they cannot prove you got it.
Scanned as delivered is far from proof.
