Trying to speak to someone at Crewe

Post by binty13 »

Hi, I hope someone can help me. I'm expecting a 1st class recorded delivery sent last Thursday 20th, I need it for holiday on Saturday, I've rang customer services at royal mail, who took my postcode and said I needed to contact Crewe on 08456112491, but this number just loops me back to the main customer service number.

Do you there is any chance this parcel will be at the delivery office, and how, if at all, I could find out?

Many thanks

If the Delivery Office doesn't have it, you'll need to contact Warrington Mail Centre. According to Directory Enquiries, the number is: 0845 602 0167. I know it sounds odd, that you'd need to contact Warrington. But your local Mail Centre was closed, and merged with some others, about a year ago. It's now in Great Sankey, Warrington.
