Hi,
I have applied for Royal mail Cristmas job but my application still shows that it is in progress. I worked as a Cristmas casual earlier in 2007, but at that time they held the interview in October. Is anyone in this forum know when will they recruit as now almost mid of december?

Phone them up, and chase it up. It's possible that there's been some kind of clerical error.

If you haven't heard anything by now, it's unlikely you have been taken on.
Most Xmas casuals started last week, but if you have a contact number try ringing.
They might be keeping you on a reserve list in case they need extra staff for backlog caused by bad weather.
