Mail collect service acceptable ID (within past 3 months?)

Hello, I am looking to find ID for me and my GF to use mail collect. I have a credit card bill addressed here so I'm fine, but we're struggling for my GF. Two utility bills dated within the last 3 months is one option. Having scoured we have found a TV license dated 03/06/10 and a water bill dated 07/06/10 (Direct Debit setup confirmation letter 08/06/10), both are the most recent (being annual) and we have no other types of bill as electric and gas are prepay. I was wondering if RM may be a little lenient and accept these or if she should finally change her address to this one at the bank and wait for a statement to arrive (bit reluctant to do this due to the reasons we want to use mail collect).

If it was still in the control of the Delivery Office (DO) you were collecting the mail from then I, personally, wouldn't have a problem with that ID.

However, I believe it's now dealt with by customer services so I don't know whether they deal with grey areas or just black and white!

I think there are some members on here from customer services who may be able to shed more light. If not, telephoning them may be your best bet.
