Do we collect anything from amazon on a bank holiday, as i've just had a email informing me my order has been despatched. Also does anyone know why amazon specials are no longer trackable, as they do not provide the Track and Trace number any more.

No nothing has changed from our end, but they no longer send the 13 digit number in the despatch email, and says this order cannot be tracked on the account page.

I heard Amazon are moving from SD to Tracked so maybe no details while they change over? dunno

HDNL are delivering today so I'd assume they are also collecting so they may be the ones dealing with your Amazon packet.

I'm surprised that Amazon hasn't sorted out some sort of interface with RM's Track & Trace. When Amazon send something out by CityLink you can Track it via your orders section on the Amazon site.
Just imagine if they switch ALL their stuff over to Tracked Next Day (with Guarenteed Express Delivery presumably being either RM SD or CityLink

As i said amazon always used to include the 13 digit tracking number in the your item has been dispatched email, but the last three items i've had delivered it has been missing.

I had no tracking number with my last Amazon deliveries.
They sent one lot out with another courier (worth less than the ones they sent out by RM?!)
