Any strikes etc? (north west)
I have been expecting a delivery (one day via amazon prime) today but nowt, amazon has no updates only that it was dispatched. Is there anything going on? They said that if I havent got it by 5pm then it will be monday (great because I work all week quite a distance and by the time I get back I am unable to get to the post office)

Some offices don't send out Specials in Saturday if they haven't paid for Saturday Guarantee, or maybe it wasn't sent out at all - unless you have the tracking number then it can't be tracked.
Also, it may not have been RM, it may have been another delivery firm and they don't tend to work Saturdays at all.

with a lack of staff, and people on the sick, and folk due holidays from lasy year!, some driving duties dont get covered on a saturday, and only saturday guaranteed special deliveries are delivered, its very sad, but horribly true, thats the state the company is in, awful.

Has it turned up yet?
If not, you could contact Amazon, and ask them for the tracking number. That way, you'll be able to find out where it's up to in the delivery process.
