more missing packages from kent street

yet again more missing parcels from kent street,postman takes a holiday and it appears your system falls to pieces,no deliveries then 3 deliveries on thursday night at 7pm,
then missing parcell that can't be found,can't be collected,can't be traced,,
contact depot manager at kent street,bedminster,and typical no return call,
08456 113037 number just times out after 7.5 minites, tried this 3 times with no success.
I try to pick up parcel on monday at 7am and kent street can't locate it.
rebook delivery to happen today 16-06-10 and it does not happen,
phone kent street manager on 0117 9638476 and he can't locate parcel, promises return call ,1.5hr later no return call,manager switches his phone to answering machine,
i leave message on answer machine and ...............NO REPLY. and you call this SERVICE,if the germans ran this they can't f**k it up any more than it already is.

hope someone can pass this on to moyra green with the hope of getting this office sorted out,
i am continuely losing parcels from this office,and service is a joke.

Well thanks - but I think you missed this bit at the bottom of every page:

We have no affiliation with either Royal Mail or the Communications Workers Union (CWU), except that most of our members work for Royal Mail and/or are members of the CWU.
