I need to return an item to Amazon with the only option being RM T48, however the box measures 70x52x15cm so over standard RM limits. They've recommended (after a PO refused it) to book a RM collection - I know it's possible to specify a large parcel format for collection, but seeing as it's a RM label and not a PF, is this liable to be refused at the door or returned to me even if I book the collection accurately?
Thanks
