1st Class Signed For not moved from Romford since 16/5

Hi

Wondering if anyone is able to help me at all...

I sent a 1st Class Signed For package on 16th May and according to RM Customer Services it was received in Romford (should be delivered to RM3 postcode) but hasn't moved since.

OK096043464GB is the tracking information

It has full address on the front of the parcel and my sender details on the back. Is there anyway of getting it found? First time I've had an issue but could really do with it being delivered 🙏

Firstly, this isn’t necessarily a problem: the recipient could have a Keepsafe in place, for instance.

If you think there is a problem then you should be making a lost parcel claim with Royal Mail.

They don't, they're expecting the parcel and chasing me for it.

I did start a claim yesterday but the insurance doesn't come close to contents value unfortunately, I thought I'd sent with enough but clearly not.
