Hi , I have a parcel coming from Poland to the UK ,it wassent on the 30th April.Two weeks later appeared on RM tracking 14th at Langley HWDC. Ok so far ,then following day 15th it says parcel being prepared for reexport to sender.
Ive been on to customer services at RM ,explained the problem, the guy on the phone said he had had a customer the day before with the exact same problem.He went on to say that he could see no problem with the parcel or delivery address and it must be some sort of scanning error. He said the parcel would still be delivered but if theres customs fees,i would have to collect and pay at the delivery depot due to this error, i wouldnt be able to pay online.
My question is , i dont want the item being sent back as i have waited long enough already , does his explanation sound correct?? He said it would still appear on the tracking but tracking hasnt changed and no updates.

Can yu post the tracking number so we can see all the tracking entries?
What was the contents? the rexport bit makes me think that possibly customs have refused it entry into the UK.
