A parcel I sent on 16 February appears to be just sitting at the North West Midlands MC postal hub. What has happened to my parcel? Can it be returned to me or moved forward? I sent this via tracked 24 for a quick delivery to the GSP hub but it looks like my parcel has been lost or stolen.
The tracking number is MZ296747747GB - where is it?

It is probably at North West mail centre. Is the destination in the north west of England?

You mentioned using eBay's Global Shipping Programme (GSP), it's possible that your package was handed over as part of a larger bulk delivery. Have you had a chance to contact eBay for assistance? Also, I just did a Google Map search the North West Midlands Mail Centre does cover the main GSP site based at WS13
