eBay Tracked 48 Rtn

Hello.

Just joined the forum and this is my first post!

I had an eBay customer return an item using a tracked 48 label generated by eBay (OT738563654GB)

Two day later I received a delivered notice while I was at home. I checked my ring doorbell camera and no one had come. When I checked the tracking number it showed no parcel history or photo, just that it was due to be delivered, then delivered, both within the same minute, as if the parcel was scanned twice?

I opened a case with eBay explaining I didn't receive the item back but the case was closed against me as it shows delivered, so the customer received a full refund and I didn't receive my item back.

Is there anyone who can help/look into this for me?

Not directly as we are not an official Royal Mail site. However, you could open a claim against Royal Mail either through your business account (if you have one) or online through their claims portal
