Hi All,
This question is more out of curiosity because my parcel has actually been delivered now. But just so I know for future reference what does this all mean?
Parcel going from Nottingham to Glasgow
between Nottingham and Glasgow it says "delivery request received"
then once in Glasgow, it says "Item Retention"

"delivery request received" You ask for it to be delivered on another day/different place.
"Item Retention" Held back from being delivered, presumably because you asked for it to be delivered on a different day or it was going to be delivered on a day your premises weren't open for deliveries.

Ah ok I see. Well I am the sender, so I am guessing that's what my customer would have been doing then.
