Help with Special delivery not turned up to London

Post by anoushkad21 »

Hi there, I would be so grateful if someone could help. I posted 3 illustrations that was a whole weeks worth of work to a company in London. I sent via Royal Mail special delivery last thursday via click and drop and dropped to my post office where it was scanned and left. When myself or the company try to track it just says 'we've got it' and dropped at parcel shop. I have called customer service who were no help at all and just said I could claim if it doesn't turn up friday. These pieces were hand drawn illustrations that would be so hard to replicate again and cost me a fortune. I live on the Surrey / London borders so they didn't have far to travel. Does anyone know what could have gone wrong here or if they're likely lost? How does a parcel even get lost thats special! Thanks so much for any help

I don't think they would be "lost", they will be somewhere.
