Hi,
I purchased through click and drop an International Tracked Service from UK to Ireland medium parcel.
Printed out label attached to parcel.
Took to local Post Office.
They have scanned it repeated and each time it comes up as not recognised as International Tracked so they couldn't accept it.
When I use the code CT062641066GB on Royal Mail Tracking page it says the service is International Tracked and sender preparing item as obviously I need to drop it off.
Does anyone know what the deal with that is please?
I really need to get it gone and could request a refund and try repurchasing the service on Click & Drop but don't want to do all that to just have the same issue.

Possibly try at the next nearest Post Office ?
