Hi,
I am awaiting a package that was posted 04/11/2024 from Pensnett, Brierley Hill, West Midlands Post Office. The destination is Dublin in Ireland. The status has been stuck on "Your item is due to leave North West Midlands MC to go to Heathrow Worldwide DC" since 05/11/2024. The parcel is "International Tracked".
Is this normal, or has something happened to the parcel in the past 16 days?
