On 22rd November I ordered some items and they were sent track & trace by the supplier to my son in Stoke (VY655475223GB) it arrived at NW Midlands MC on 24th November and has never moved on since. In the end I recontacted the supplier who sent a replacement order by express delivery on 4th December (VY655477048GB) it arrived at NW Midlands MC on Tuesday 5th December and has never moved on since! What is going on and how can I get some traction? I hate to go back to the supplier again as he is a small business and it will really be affecting his business.

Moved this into the customer forum where it will be more easily seen.
However, if you check the daily updates at viewtopic.php?f=6&t=100690&start=705 it looks like a lot of the Mail Centres are struggling with the Christmas rush, hopefully, it will be delivered soon.

It is a tracked return - for large companies they sometimes terminate at the nominated Mail Centre nearest the companies return address.
