Tracked24 stuck at Sound Mids MC for over a week

Hi

I was due to receive a parcel last week which was sent Tracked 24. It's been at the South Mids MC since Sunday 14 November (11 days at time of writing). I live in Milton Keynes. Is it fair to say that the parcel is lost and no chance of recovery?

Unfortunately trying to get through to speak to someone is proving very hard.
