Usually the shipping comes in direct from the USA to the UK via USPS express in normal times around a week or so delivered by Parcel Force to me UK. My only question is do Parcel Force UK ever redirect UK to USA parcels via Japan? Never seen this before have you? Thoughts please, thank you

That wouldn't make sense to me, I think most likely its human error that sent it to Japan. After all its actually a longer flight from the US to Japan, than it is to the UK.
Keep an eye on tracking Japan should be sending it on to the UK and it should appear on Parcel Forces tracking in the UK at some point.
