I have a parcel posting to US from London. If tracking shows: Item leaving the UK. LANGLEY HWDC
Handed to:
Delivery partner¹
¹USPS
Does this mean it's been through customs?
It can, but most likely it was passed to customs at the time they scanned the item, and there are currently delays with both USPS and UK and US Customs
