Hi there.
Can any one help me with a parcel that is stuck in London AMU please?
Tracking number is RY274278636GB - going to the UAE and has been at that status since 9:06pm on 30th March 2021.
My customer is concerned as this is the second parcel I have sent to the same address - the first one was not tracked and hasn't been received since posting on 17th February 2021. It's only two small pots of watercolour paints 30mm in diameter and 5mm deep. In a small brown jiffy bag.

It isn't stuck in the UK, it was marked as leaving the country on the 31st. It is almost certainly waiting in UAE customs.
