Parcel sent to wrong country -> returned to sender
So I sent a parcel to France in March. From there it was instead sent to Los Angeles, USA, and then sent back to the UK to me a few days ago. It never saw the face of France. On the parcel it only had "Rts" written in marker pen, no sticker or anything to indicate why it was returned. Address correct, customs form completed as always. I called customer service yesterday and was told to fill a claims form to get the postage cost back. But what exactly would I fill? It isn't lost or delayed or damaged. Is there another form? I purchased the shipping label with Click and Drop, would the "Refund postage" option be appropriate? I appreciate any help, thank you! :)

Yes, it's a refund of postage.
My advice is to put in as many details and evidence as possible, however, as we tend to be posties on here not many of us have had to deal with claims for Royal Mail/Post Office it's unlikely we can give specific advice.
