Important letter
Hello, I have sent a large letter abroad on 17 March, it was a very important document. Tracking number is RN762050350GB. When I track it, it says it still leaving the UK. Why does it takes so long? I am worried, because it is really important document, which has an expiry date, if not reach destination on time, it will be expired and worthless

The status will not change until your item has gone though customs in Lithuania and has been passed to Lithuanian Post.
It's very likely to be sitting in customs.. lots of EU countries currently have delays in their customs processes.

Update: 1 April 2021
Lithuania Post has updated that the Lithuanian Government has extended the full national lockdown until 30 April 2021, in order to control the spread of Coronavirus. Postal services will continue to operate under restrictions with a reduced workforce and no signature collected upon delivery. The delivery standard of all mail types will continue to be affected, Force Majeure continues to apply.

The Lithuanian Government has extended the full-country lockdown until 31 March 2021, in order to control the spread of the coronavirus.
